For that reason we'd like to tell you a little bit about Nicholas Apicelli, an Independent Estate Planning Attorney with nearly 40 years of experience who frequently collaborates with The PCAG's Financial Planners when it comes to their Estate Planning needs.

With nearly 40 years of legal experience, Nicholas C. Apicelli brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical perspective to helping individuals and families navigate important legal decisions.

A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in 1987, Nicholas has built a diverse career spanning estate planning, family law, criminal law, and mediation. His experience includes serving as a Professional Divorce Mediator, providing him with additional experience in navigating complex and sensitive legal matters.

Estate planning involves more than preparing legal documents. It brings together important considerations surrounding family, personal wishes, and the future. Nicholas’s extensive legal background allows him to assist clients as they navigate these often complex and personal matters.

As a strategic resource for The Private Client Advisory Group, Nicholas offers legal expertise that complements the team’s comprehensive approach to financial planning. 

Throughout his career, Nicholas has also served on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Council of Children’s Rights, received an Achievement Award in 1997, participated in educational seminars, and had his legal work published in the New Jersey Superior Court Reports.
